HEy pluckers!:D

I`m sorry, yeah? didn`t update for a long time.
Well, CA is over now so cheers for everyone:D
SAs are coming though..
better work hard alrights?
We hope that our members are good in both
asthetic and academic.:D

As you people can see with your goldfish eyes,
We are not really improving...
as in like maybe some people..
maybe me.-.-
i`ve heard the je te veux song.
its boring but many roman-ish.
i`m not playing la but i think you all did a great job!=)

for jingle bell,
i think the problem lies with me.
theres this part where i have to start 3 beats after pipa.
i tottally screwed it up!
so sorry.
but pls understand,
i`m the only one playing..
i`ll try to teach the juniors asap and
jinglin too..

i hope you all give both positive and negative
feedbacks and comments to me and everyone else
for we want to improve and strive for the better!=)

HEY PEOPLE!

I should be revising for my very very hard HMT paper now but I shall take this time and blog.

Hope you all can memorise FNJ by the next combined practice. If not, I think FLS will surely kill us.

And please practice during sectionals and combined, okay? Is like when Mr Goh is talking to some other section, you all will just talk and talk and talk non-stop. If its something to do with CO, then okay. Just keep the volume down. If its not, talk during your break or after practice. Like what Joanne/Iris said, our practicing time is already very little and we don't want to waste it. So when Mr Goh is teaching other sections during combined, just keep quiet or memorise the scores, so that you can look at Mr Goh when you play, and not keep staring at the file. Thanks!

And one more important thing, TAIFENG. Can you all please practice your taifeng or at least move. I see you all just sitting there, playing the thing stoneless-ly, glaring at the pu. If we really want to get a GOLD for SYF next year, then we must move and be "dramatic". If you really want 5 points for your CCA points, you all must have taifeng!

YiTing, JieYing and I reminded all of you for a lot of times and we sometimes see you all moving during practice and thats great. BUT... very few of us moved when the actual performance comes. Maybe we're all scared of the audiences laughing but still... we have to do it.

ANW, the Eunos CC Performance was okay. You all played very well and all. But I think very few of us moved at all. So, taifeng is really one part we can improve on. The liuqin, pipa and zhongruan can strum the strings very dramatically. As for the yangqin..erm...can shake our heads when playing then. HAHA.

Anw, good job for the 10 people performing yesterday!

I can see that the whole Plucking is improving, so keep up the good work too! :D

Next performance, Mid Autumn. ( I think)

And Sec1s will probably be playing this time. AHA! Better go home and practice! And those who don't have instruments, please rmb to bring them home to practice.
